NEW SECURITIES MARKET INFORMATION BULLETIN 11/12/2017

CHANGES IN TRADING SEGMENTS

According to the new ATHEX Rulebook and the relevant decisions of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of ATHEX in force, the following are defined:

a) the trading segments LOW DISPERSION & UNDER DELETION are abolished,

b) the shares of the listed companies on ATHEX, which are traded until today under the aforementioned segments, are transferred to the trading segments of the attached table, according to the Stock Markets Steering Committee of ATHEX decision of 06/12/2017.

Moreover, according to the Decision of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of the same date, following the implementation of the new ATHEX Rulebook and  due to the abolishment of the Under Deletion Category, the shares of the companies ‘ATTI-KAT S.A.' (GRS205003007) and ‘PROODEFTIKH TECHNICAL COMPANY S.A.' (GRS184003002) are transferred to the Surveillance Segment, while remaining under suspension.

 

CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

The shares of the company "GREEK ORGANISATION OF FOOTBALL PROGNOSTICS S.A." (GRS419003009) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the amount of €0.70 per share, resulting from past years' undistributed earnings. The above amount is subject to the tax imposed pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.595 per share).

The shares of the company "MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A." (GRS426003000) are traded on ATHEX ex-interim dividend for the fiscal year 2017, amounting to €0.30 per share, which is subjected to the tax pursuant to the current legislation (Net amount: €0.255 per share).
