CORPORATE ACTIONS

The trading of the 32,188,050 (CB) shares of the company "EL. D. MOUZAKIS S.A." (GRS054061007) ceases, in order to be converted to an equal number of (CR) shares. The resumption of trading of the new 32,188,050 (CR) shares is set for September 5, 2019.

Following the share capital increase and decrease - equal in amount - of the company "FLEXOPACK S.A." (GRS259003002), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the final par value of €0.54 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.06 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.
