CORPORATE ACTIONS

The shares of the company "AUTOHELLAS S.A." (GRS337003008), are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange at a new par value of €0.08 per share due to the share split,  in terms of 4 new (CR) shares in replacement of each 1 old (CR) share held. The start date of trading of the new 36,641,250 (CR) shares is set on June 28, 2019.

Following the share capital decrease of the company "PAPOUTSANIS S.A." (GRS065003014), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the new par value of €0.59 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.02 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.
