The shares of the company "CARS MOTORCYCLES AND MARINE ENGINE TRADE AND IMPORT COMPANY S.A."  (GRS488003005) are traded on the ATHEX without the right to participate in the share capital increase, with the issue of 17,550,000 new (CR) shares, at an issue price of €0.56 per share. The rights' trading period is set from May 3, 2019 to May 14, 2019, included. The rights' subscription period is set from May 3, 2019 to May 17, 2019, included. It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on April 25, 2019, are set as follows: +30% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (24/04/2019):  €0.9550 and -30% at the adjusted share price: €0.7200

Τhe 4,691,658 new (CB) shares of the company "VARVARESSOS S.A. EUROPEAN SPINNING MILLS" (GRS344001003) are admitted to trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capital increase through a rights issue. On April 25, 2019, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 6,330,002 (CR) shares.

In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision No 842/18.04.2019, the shares of the company "MINOAN LINES S.A." (GRS296273006) are removed from the trading systems of ATHEX.

CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

The Hellenic Certificates (EL.PIS.) for the shares of the company "MERMEREN KOMBINAT A.D. PRILEP" (GRK014011008) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange ex-dividend for the fiscal year 2018, amounting to €4.869  per EL.PIS., which is subject to the tax imposed pursuant to the current legislation (Net amount: €3.6517 per EL.PIS.)
