CORPORATE ACTIONS

The shares of the company "KRETA FARM S.A."  (GRS371113002) are traded on the ATHEX without the right to participate in the share capital increase, with the issue of 2,063,600 new (CR) shares, at an issue price of €0.60 per share. The rights' trading period is set from December 27, 2018 to January 22, 2019, included. The rights' subscription period is set from December 27, 2018 to January 25, 2019, included.

It is clarified that, due to the fact that the adjusted start price is equal to the share closing price, there is no modification of the share trading limits specified by article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook.

SHARES' FORCED SALES

According to the decision 144/30.11.2018 of the Capital Market Commission, 90,000 (CR) shares of the bank "NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A." (GRS003003035) will be auctioned. The start price for the auction of shares is set at minus half percent (-0,5%) of the closing price of the share on December 18, 2018.
