CORPORATE ACTIONS

Following the share capital decrease of the company "HELLENIC EXCHANGES - ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE S.A." (GRS395363005), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX with new par value of €0.69 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0,1506239 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.

Following the share capital decrease and increase - equal in amount - of the company "EL. D. MOUZAKIS S.A." (GRS054061007), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the final par value of € 1.04 per share.
