Sale of common treasury shares in the framework of Stock Option Plan

ΤΙΤΑN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. (the Company) announces that, in implementation of a stock option plan which was established by virtue of resolution dated 20.6.2014 of the General Meeting of Shareholders and pursuant to resolutions of the Board of Directors dated 20.6.2014 and 22.3.2017, the Company sold on 28.7.2017 to 2 beneficiaries/Titan Group executives 1,764  common treasury shares, representing  0.002% of the paid up share capital of the Company, at a sale price of euro10 per share (total sale price euro 17,640).
