The GEK TERNA Group, pursuant to the provisions of article 6 of Law 3556/2007 as in force, has made payments to the Government due to the quarry and mining activities of its subsidiaries, for the financial year ended on 31.12.2016, amounting to EUR 159,000.

The total amount corresponds to payments for:

1. Duties of aggregates of Quarries                                                      25,000.00€
2. Duties of Inactive Quarry Concessions                                              94,000.00€
3. Duties of Reserves of Quarry Concessions                                         40,000.00€

 The above payments are allocated to subsidiaries as follows:

a)      TERNA S.A., 25,000.00€ and

b)      TERNA MAG S.A., 134,000.00€.
