TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 14^th February 2018, the Company purchased, through Pantelakis Securities S.A. 790 preference  own shares, against an average purchase price per share of  euro 17.73 and a total purchase price of Euro 14,010.50, in implementation of  the decision  dated 17th June 2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution
