PURCHASE  ΟF OWN SHARES

TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 20^th November 2017, the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance 11,500 common  own shares, against an average purchase price per share of  euro 19.93  and a total purchase price of Euro 229,199.14, in implementation of  the decision  dated 17th June 2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 17^th June 2016 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 para. 1 of Law 2190/1920.
