PURCHASE OF ΟWN SHARES

TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 13^th  October 2017, the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance 5,500 common  and 203 preference own shares, against an average purchase price per share of  euro 21.39  for the common and euro 16.37 for preference share  and a total purchase price of Euro 117,620.00 and Euro 3,323.11 respectively, in implementation of  the decision  dated 17th June 2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 17^th June 2016 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 para. 1 of Law 2190/1920.
