(the Company) announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that the PAUL AND ALEXANDRA CANELLOPOULOS FOUNDATION, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Nellos Canellopoulos, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, bought on February 13, 2018 3,500 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 80,350.00 and on February 14, 2018 2,500 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 57,390.00.
