ORDER OF A NEW FOUR-STAND ΤANDEM ALUMINIUM HOT FINISHING MILL

ElvalHalcor announces the signing of an agreement with SMS Group GmbH in Germany, for the purchase and installation of a new four-stand tandem aluminium hot finishing mill, for its Oinofyta plant, near Athens.

The project forms part of the EUR 150 million investment program, announced by the Company on the signing of its loan agreement with the European Investment Bank on December 22, 2017 for its financing.

Following the hot finishing mill's installation, the plant's hot rolling capacity will more than double, while future additional investments will increase final production respectively.
