SFAKIANAKIS S.A. informs the investing public that it proceeded in the acquisition of 49.55% of the shares owned by Fourlis S.A. Holdings in Speedex S.A. Courier and its participation in the company is now 99.1%.

The transaction is part of SFAKIANAKIS Group's strategic plan to strengthen the fast-growing service sector that today consists of the segments of Long Term Leasing (Executive Lease), Rent-A-Car (Enterprise National Alamo) and Insurance Brokerage (Sfakianakis Insurance), as Speedex is one of the leaders in the courier market and stands out for the provision of high quality services.
